Prescott Estate Concierge is proudly owned and operated by local husband-and-wife team Brandy and Cody Reed — Prescott area natives who are now raising their three boys in Prescott Valley and serving the communities they’ve always called home.

Brandy is a luxury real estate broker in the Prescott area and works closely with second-home and seasonal property owners. Through her experience in the high-end market, she recognized a growing need for reliable, professional home watch and estate care services for owners who spend extended time away.

Cody brings a strong background in construction and remodeling, along with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to property care. Known as a “fix-anything” problem solver, he has a trained eye for noticing issues others might miss and helps address small concerns before they become costly problems.

Together, they founded Prescott Estate Concierge to provide dependable, discreet, and professional oversight for second homes across Prescott, Prescott Valley, Williamson Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey — giving homeowners true peace of mind while they’re away.
